My dear friend Adrienne recently introduced me to a website called No More Rack - and I think I might be in love. The deals are fantastic, their collection is incredible, and their site is pretty easy to use - plus, they offer some pretty nifty bonuses and perks. Now, I just need a job so I can actually take advantage of their site!!!

My mom seems to think that me wearing skirts and dresses every day constitues "dressing up." In truth, I just don't feel comfortable in jeans these days. I feel to constricted when wearing them. Loose, flowy skirts and dresses are perfect for running about, carefree in the spring and summer. I don't like anything that makes me feel fenced in, restricted. I need to be ..free..

I realize I haven't posted in quite a while... It's not due to lack of material, and certainly not due to lack of time... I suppose it's more likely due to lack of inspiration and motivation. I've been feeling somewhat listless and discouraged of late, probably because of everything that's happened over the last month and my utter lack of progress towards my goals. It doesn't help that my laptop seems to be having technical difficulties and is being a real pain in my ass every time I try to use it. Argh!

My brother Jeff took these photos for me, but as I didn't get around to it till after dark, they're not super awesome. I'm sincerely hoping to get some done tomorrow. I *did* finally manage to get my new "room" mostly put together. I'm waiting on a dresser for the rest of my clothes, and I need to finish organizing my tiny bathroom (I'm to have to get very creative there), but it feels good to finally be settling into a new space that's all mine. I need a routine to combat the boredom and the depressing self pity that tends to accompany it, and most importantly I need a job. Unfortunately, work here in Tooele seems to be rare, and there are quite a few people out of work. I think getting back on my feet is going to be harder than I wanted it to be.
